L’ACRIMA Catechin Active Precision Guidance Delivery Facial Serum is a unique product in both its formulation and method of action. The formulation comprises recent advances in liposome nanotechnology, where catechins are encapsulated in microscopic sphericals and delivered precisely to the facial dermis problem sites, such as wrinkles, discolorations, age spots, broken capillaries, etc. The action of this mechanism is twofold; first, the carriers of active ingredient “search” and “find” skin’s energy depleted areas and; second, release the catechins’ potency there to reconnect, reenergize and revitalize those problem zones.
Why & How? Our scientists have defined aging as “gradual loss of functions”. Among others, the skin has mechanical function that depends on its proteins’ ability to resist deformation. The skin proteins’ (e.g., collagen, elastin, etc.) ability to resist deformation is directly related to the density of the dermal matrix, where the proteins are held tightly together by permanent electric dipole – hydrogen bonds or “cross-linkages”.
