1. What’s the Best Skincare Regimen:

Start with a cleanser to cleanse and refresh. Then apply the moisturizer appropriate for your skin type.

At night, cleanse with appropriate cleansers depending on your skin type. Follow with L’Acrima night treatment or our moisturizer.

2. How Are Skin Types Classified:

Dry Skin:        Dry, tight T- zone and cheeks with small or invisible pores

Normal/Dry:    Dry, tight cheeks, small pores and a T-zone with a slight shine

3. Are there any side effects associated with Catechins:

L’Acrima skincare products have been dermatologically tested for allergic reactions, and there were no results. However some people do have allergies or sensitivity reactions. Catechins are antioxidants and should not cause allergic reactions.

4. Should the products be refrigerated:

L’Acrima products do not require refrigeration. However, there are some people who like the sensations of coolness on the skin, but L’Acrima products do not require to be refrigerated.

5. Will the products close my pores:

With continued use of the mask and the cleansing regime you should see a difference in several weeks. No product will close pores completely, however when the pores are cleaned of sebum and grime they seem to disappear.

6. How long will it take to have a noticeable effect on my skin:

Within a few weeks you will see a difference. In a few months there will be a marked improvement in the tone and texture of the skin.

7. Do you test on animals:

ACRI does not do testing on animals of its products.

8. When will my order ship:

ACRI’s shipping policy is to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order.

9. What are the shipping charges:

Our shipping charges start at $9.00 US (depending on where you live)
For overnight Express it is $25.00 US

10. Do you charge sales tax:

ACRI charges taxes where applicable.

11. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes

ACRI will ship to a PO box but it has to be clearly specified for the delivery.
