Dr. Vesco was born in Bulgaria, and at the young age of 20 received his medical degree.

His father, a lawyer and shrewd businessman, owned a cosmetic manufacturing plant in the 1930’s, which soon became one of the leading producers and exporter of innovative skin and hair care products.

In the mid 70’s Dr. Vesco was the treating physician at the Bulgarian Military Academy & Hospital, where he soon became Head of the Department of Neurology.

Dr. Vesco immigrated to the United States in 1980, and was a medical tutor. For several years before he was granted U.S. Citizenship in 1986. He was also given recognition and address by President Ronald Reagan.

Dr. Vesco was later granted professorship in the Universities of Michigan and California. His professional qualifications are an impressive array of scientific, business, educational, and teaching achievements.  Some of these were recognized in the form of two, congressional and senatorial (Congressional Record, Vol.133, No. 202,December 18 1987: State of Michigan, Senate Resolution No. 236, June 16, 1987) awards and a California States Assembly Recognition (October 31,2001) pertaining to his contributions to medicine and business in the United States.

Dr. Vesco has authored and co-authored several books, including a Textbook of Neurology. Former and current professional titles include University Professor: Treating Physician; Medical Director- Sole Proprietor; Founder and President of Canyon Medical enter and Urgent Care. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of P.S.S. Laboratories, specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of a variety of personal care products.

Since 1994 Dr. Vesco’s has focused on the discoveries of the natural dermatological phenomena, “Dermal Density Factor” And “Oxidative Modification of Skin ‘s Proteins” inter alia, and are the basis for his revolutionary concept of Catechin Active Skincare.

This is a most effective holistic skincare approach, and is backed by independent studies form various U.S. Universities. He is the first in the World to produce effective EGCg (epigallocatechin gallate), active emollient.

In 2000, Dr. Vesco founded the American Catechin Research Institute, where he invented scientifically advanced methods for therapeutic and cosmetic skin care. The Dermal Density Factor skincare concept, and topical Catechin-Active compounds are described in several applications for U.S. patents. In a 2003 conclusive study, it was determined that topical application of EGCg prevents sun-induced skin malignancies, including melanoma.
